Flying Dog To Debut Two New Beers

Frederick, Maryland's Flying Dog Brewery will debut two new beers in February.

The first, Single Hop El Dorado, is a 10% ABV Imperial IPA using solely El Dorado hops in the brew kettle and hopback. It is part of the Wild Dog Series and is the brewery's second single hop IPA after the recent Single Hop Simcoe. It will be available in mid February, draft only.

Flying Dog describes it as having an "overwhelming citrus hop aroma and uniquely sharp bitterness".

The second, Lucky S.O.B. is a 5% ABV Irish Red Ale available in late February. It will be draft only. Flying Dog used real four leaf clovers in the brew process for that added Irish touch. At just 5% ABV it should be a sessionable treat.
